What can scholars look forward to in LTA? For a start, LTA assigns buddies (who are themselves returned scholars) to scholars so that they can share their common experiences and thoughts through university days. To slowly plug them into the LTA experience,  LTA also arranges scholars to join the agency before the completion of their studies and during their vacational attachments. There is a suite of learning programmes tailored at different career stages to broaden their development.

At the end of the day, LTA's aim is to nurture and grow its talents so that it can plan for the leadership of tomorrow.

MPA offers opportunities for an exciting career filled with interesting challenges. Scholars will get to study at world-class universities, work on overseas assignments and gain valuable exposure to the industry. They will also have the opportunity to intern before and during their studies, where they can gain first-hand experience of the maritime business.
